Coming Soon – Aliens: Another Glorious Day in the Corps

Aliens Another Glorious Day in the Corps cover

Release: December 2020 | Players: 1-6 | Ages: 14+

From BGG:

Aliens: Another Glorious Day in the Corps! is a co‑operative survival board game in which you and your team of specialist Colonial Marines will gear up with serious firepower and head into Hadley’s Hope to find survivors and answers. But you’re not alone. To survive, you’ll need to work together, keep your cool, and stay frosty to fight off relentless Xenomorph ambushes and get out of there alive.

Aliens is my favorite film in the Alien franchise, so that alone gets me excited about playing this game. It’s also made by Gale Force Nine, which has created a bunch of solid IP-based games in the past, like Firefly: The Game and Spartacus: A Game of Blood and Treachery.

I like that you can play Aliens: Another Glorious Day in the Corps as a campaign game or as one-off missions. Plus, horde-mode-style cooperative survival games usually go over well with my group. So yeah, I’m looking forward to playing this one.

For more info on Aliens: Another Glorious Day in the Corps, check out its BGG page and/or take a look at the rulebook (PDF). You can also pre-order the game from Cardhaus or Game Nerdz.
